There is no higher compliment in this industry than a repeat client. This knock-down rebuild marked the third time we’ve partnered with these homeowners, this time to bring their long-term family home to life.
Because we’ve built a strong foundation of trust over the years, the entire build was a highly collaborative, enjoyable process. As the structure took shape on-site, we worked closely with the clients to adapt layouts and refine finishes in real-time, ensuring the finished home perfectly matched how they wanted to live.
Built with a heavy emphasis on thermal efficiency and custom craftsmanship, the home directly integrates high-performance sustainability features with bespoke, client-focused details.
Guests are greeted by a striking stone entryway that sets the tone for the rest of the custom craftsmanship inside, including a fully tailored kitchen and a climate-controlled wine cellar complete with custom joinery. To ensure the home remains incredibly comfortable and resilient for decades to come, we utilised thermally efficient cladding alongside large, double-glazed, thermally broken windows and doors. The home's climate running costs are heavily offset by a comprehensive solar panel system, which powers the advanced hydronic heating to keep the temperature consistent year-round.
It was a privilege to bring this project to life for a family who has trusted us time and time again.

If you talk to anyone who has been through a home building process, they will have at least one horror story to tell you, typically related to time and cost overruns (including hidden costs), poor build quality, poor communication and much compromise. Our building experience could not have been more different.
Our relationship with Brady spans over 20 years, and includes one home extension, and two new homes (one replacing the home we had lost in the 2003 Canberra fires, and our current home which was a knockdown-rebuild), and most recently an outdoor kitchen. Throughout our build process, Brady communicated with us daily, and helped us create what truly is our ‘dream home’. Many of our home’s favourite features were developed in real time with Brady and his team. In this regard, our relationship has always felt like a partnership rather than a typical business relationship.
Brady’s communication was excellent from start to finish, and whenever something needed to be adjusted he and the team came to us with practical solutions. The quality across the guest bedroom and en-suite, roofing and main bathroom was excellent, with real attention to detail. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with Brady again.
